PISTACIA LENTISCUS — TEARS OF CHIOS
Pistacia lentiscus resin extract ✦

The hand-harvested resin of the Pistacia lentiscus tree, grown exclusively on the Aegean island of Chios — a tradition stretching back over three thousand years, yielding the crystals known as mastiha or Tears of Chios. In laboratory testing, the cellular profile of 54-year-old skin cells shifted toward that of 37-year-old cells. In a separate 28-day volunteer study, skin firmness and density improved. It reactivates the cellular detoxification process and improves the skin's ability to eliminate waste, visibly reducing fine lines and improving radiance.

Crithmum maritimum extract ✦

The cliff-edge maritime plant of Atlantic and Mediterranean coastlines — rock samphire — has astonished cosmetic scientists for a retinoid-like action that reduces sebum secretion and smoothes expression lines without the irritation or photosensitisation of synthetic retinoids. WAKAME LIP EXTRACT
Undaria pinnatifida (mekabu) supercritical CO2 extract

A supercritical CO2 extract of mekabu, the fertile sporophyll of Undaria pinnatifida (wakame seaweed), grown at sea off Saint-Malo in Brittany. Formulated for the lips, it stimulates lipid production and the architecture of the lip tissue, for hydration, volume and definition. In a 28-day study of 30 volunteers aged 45 and over, at 0.2%, lip volume rose by 19% and the lip contour became visibly sharper; lip hydration was up 14% four hours after a single application and 17% after 28 days. Within two weeks, 83% of volunteers saw their natural lip colour revived. Supplied as Wakapamp. Present in the Lip Serum Elixir.

WAKAME CELL CULTURE
Undaria pinnatifida cell culture extract ✦

A biotechnology active derived from a cultivated cell culture of Undaria pinnatifida — wakame seaweed — developed through a patented process that preserves the full bioactive integrity of the living cell. Supplied as Ephemer™. Its primary documented action is on the mitochondria: the energy-producing organelles within every skin cell whose declining function is now understood to be a central driver of skin ageing. As mitochondrial efficiency falls, cells produce less ATP, repair more slowly and lose the capacity for renewal. In laboratory tests, Wakame Cell Culture restored the energy efficiency of ageing skin cells, and in volunteer studies the skin's own antioxidant defences rose after 28 days, with a visibly smoother surface after 56. Healthier cell energy is the foundation the skin draws on for its own renewal.

CHLORELLA VULGARIS
Chlorella vulgaris extract

A lutein-rich oil extracted from a strain of Chlorella vulgaris, a freshwater microalga first isolated from the Niyodo River in Japan and now grown in Brittany. In supplier laboratory tests on aged skin models, it boosted collagen I gene expression by 40%, reduced MMP3, the enzyme that breaks collagen down, by 52%, and calmed inflammatory markers. In a 28-day placebo-controlled study of 62 volunteers, it reduced the number and surface area of wrinkles and made skin texture more even, an improvement noticed by 79% of volunteers. Lavandula stoechas flower extract

A specialist lipid extract of French stoechas lavender — distinct from common angustifolia, processed to concentrate skin-active phytochemicals while eliminating the sensitisation risk of high-linalool fractions. The water-phase companion to Organic Rose Otto, captured during steam distillation of certified organic Rosa Damascena from Kazanlak, Bulgaria. Each distillation season yields a limited single-origin harvest. In the Essence Toner the hydrolat forms the entire aqueous base — pure organic Rosa Damascena flower water carrying its full complement of natural phenylethanol, geraniol and flavonoid constituents directly to skin. In the Luminance Day Cream and Renewal Night Cream it replaces plain water as the primary water phase carrier.

Every essential oil used across the 320 MHz Skincare range is sourced at aromatherapy grade — the highest standard of purity, free from adulteration, synthetic extension or rectification. Citrus aurantium amara flower oil — Certified Organic

Steam-distilled from the blossom of certified organic bitter orange trees, traditionally harvested along the North African coast near Nabeul and Cap Bon in Tunisia, and historically from Grasse. Rich in linalool and linalyl acetate with powerfully calming and regenerative properties, and documented activity on new cell formation. One of the great aromatics of the natural world — named for the 17th-century Princess of Nerola who made it famous.

Boswellia serrata resin oil — Wild-harvested

Tapped by hand from ancient wild Boswellia serrata trees growing uncultivated in the dry forests of India, Oman and Somalia. As a resin harvested from wild trees without cultivation or intervention, Frankincense exists beyond the scope of organic certification — it is simply wild. Caprylic / capric triglyceride

Medium-chain triglycerides derived from coconut oil. Lightweight, rapidly absorbed and non-comedogenic. Used as a base carrier across the range to extend and stabilise the active oil complex.

ROSEMARY LEAF EXTRACT
Rosmarinus officinalis leaf extract

A natural antioxidant extract used throughout the range as a carrier oil stabiliser. Rosemary's rosmarinic acid and carnosol content protect the formulation's active oils against oxidative degradation, extending shelf life naturally.
